If you're having trouble logging into your Keyword Canine (KC) account please review the following information below:
#1. Please ensure you're not attempting to login to your KC account on more than one computer at a time. Your license allows one user at a time. That also applies to the KC API only if you use the API service. You can't use the KC web interface and the API at the same time.
#2. Your account might be expired or your subscription cancelled. If you are unsure if that is the case please submit a ticket by clicking the Email Us link and include your PayPal receipt details in your ticket.
#3. Please ensure you're logging in with the username and password you set up immediately following your purchase. The username and password field for KC is case sensitive.

#4. When entering your username and password you must double check to ensure you don't have blank spaces before or after the username and password that you input.
