If you're having trouble logging into your TheBestSpinner (TBS) account please review the following information below:

#1.  Please ensure you're not attempting to login to your TBS account on more than one computer at a time.  Your license allows one user at a time.  That also applies to the TBS API only if you use the API service.  You can't use the desktop application of TBS and the API at the same time.

#2.  Your account might be expired or your subscription cancelled.  If you are unsure if that is the case please submit a ticket by clicking the Email Us link and include your PayPal receipt details in your ticket.

#3.  Please ensure you're logging in with your primary PayPal email address you purchased the product with.  The username and password field for TBS is case sensitive.  If you don't recall your password you can reset it here at this site: http://thebestspinner.com/password.php

#4.  When entering your username and password you must double check to ensure you don't have blank spaces before or after the username and password that you input.
